False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are provided at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year duration.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These programs commence at NCV level two and also the minimum amount necessity would then be Grade 9 certificate with a pass in Mathematics.

Once the student finishes NCVLevel two, they would then have attained a grade ten certificate. NCV Level three would be grade eleven and NCV Level 4 is grade twelve.

NCV Level four is at the exit level, becoming comparable to a National Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade nine is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV stage two that is equivalent to an NQF level two.
